Energy efficiency in the Coop store of Greve in Chianti

The Tuscany Region, with Decree of 15 December 2016, n. 14614 approved the lists of projects admitted and not admitted to the funding of the Call for “Aid for energy efficiency improvement projects” as per Decree no. 3171 of 16 May 2016, published on the B.U.R.T. third part n. 21 of 25/05/2016 – Supplement n. 84. The Cooperativa Italia Nuova Greve in Chianti cooperativa sociale, is eligible for financing for energy efficiency for the shop in Greve in Chianti, via Vittorio Veneto n ° 76. The activities, for which funding has been requested, concern the replacement of the frames and electric water heaters, the replacement of the summer air conditioning system and, above all, the implementation of a system, called BEMS, with which technical performance and yield of the whole system system will be controlled in remote to obtain, and maintain, better energy saving. The amount foreseen for the works is € 145.246,24 and the grant was granted for € 58,098.50. Works will start in January 2017. Greve in Chianti, 20 dicembre 2016
